What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Can I change my order?
Once you have placed your order, you have up to 24 hours to make any changes or add to the order. After that 24 hour time frame, we will not be able to make any changes. You will always have the option to place a new order. To make changes to your order prior to the 24 hour time frame, please email us at contact@jmeshacollection.com please be sure to include your order number if applicable.
Can I expedite/ rush my order?
Yes, you can expedite / rush your order through our Rush Order Service. There is a $40 (2 week turnaround) fee and $50 (1 week turnaround) fee that you will opt to pay when placing your order via our Rush Order Service page. This rushing fee does not include any expedited shipping cost. Please be sure to select correct shipping option to get your order in the time frame desired.

You can purchase on our website using any major debit or credit card. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

RETURNS/ REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, we do not accept any returns for refunds, however we do allow returns for exchanges on products that have been proven defective before shipping. (This does not include damages caused by mail carrier) and must be returned in original condition and packaging with tags.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on items being exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you accept refunds?
Sorry we do not offer refunds as all of our products are custom made or personalized to your liking. If you have a problem with your order please email us at contact@jmeshacollection.com
How long does it take to process an exchange?
Exchanges are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the returned package. The exchange will be issued during this time.

We currently ship within the United States only!
When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3-5 business days from the shipping date, unless you have paid for 2 day or next day shipping. This time does not include processing which will take at least 3 weeks turnaround unless you have expedited your order through our Rush Order Service. This service allows 1-2 weeks turnaround time (not including shipping).
Your order will ship the same week of your event date selected. Orders will always ship the beginning of the week typically Monday and/or Tuesday.
Please DO NOT select the first date if your event is not until months out.

What would I do if I never received my order?
After the shipping of each package, I will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order. In case you never received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3 weeks to process it for shipping. Standard shipping time is usually 3-5 business days.
