Turnaround Time

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3 weeks turnaround time to process it for shipping unless you have expedited your order through our Rush Order Service. This allows us to ship your order in 1 or 2 weeks turnaround time. Shipping time is usually 1-3 business days. We offer expedited shipping options as well. We know the importance of planning an event so please order accordingly.

 

Your order will ship the week before your event date selected. Orders ship the beginning of the week typically Monday and/or Tuesday.

Returns

Sorry, we do not accept any returns for refunds. However, we will allow returns for exchanges if our product(s) have been proven to be defective before shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at c Please include an order number if applicable. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on items being exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Before returning any items, please email us at c to notify us. Again, we do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs. 

In the event where an exchange is allowed for whatever reason, item(s) being considered for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, free from makeup, deodorant or perfume stains. You have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us of Damaged, and/or incorrect item(s) and 15 days from the shipping date to complete that exchange. Simply contact us via email at c 

Be aware that JMesha Collection LLC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers with the following (but not limited to): An excessive returns history especially those that involve worn, damaged, laundered, missing and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Lost Orders 

JMesha Collection LLC is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return items. If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
