Refunds
Sorry, we do not accept any returns for refunds. However, we will allow returns for exchanges if our product(s) have been proven to be defective before shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at jmeshacollection@gmail.com. Please include an order number if applicable.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on items being exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Before returning any items, please email us at contact@jmeshacollection.com to notify us. Again, we do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs.
In the event where an exchange is allowed for whatever reason, item(s) being considered for an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, free from makeup, deodorant or perfume stains. You have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us of Damaged, and/or incorrect item(s) and 15 days from the shipping date to complete that exchange. Simply contact us via email at contact@jmeshacollection.com.
Be aware that JMesha Collection LLC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers with the following (but not limited to): An excessive returns history especially those that involve worn, damaged, laundered, missing and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
